FRUIT SALAD WITH FROSTING 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
Juice of 1 lemons
1 1/2 c. cold water
3 bananas, diced
1 (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add juice of lemon and cold water. When partially thickened; add well drained pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Pour into oven proof glass dish and chill. When firm top with this frosting.

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. pineapple
1 carton whipped topping

Combine flour, egg, sugar and pineapple juice and cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and add butter. Cool. Whip topping and fold in and spread over firm mixture.
