1 env. Lipton onion-mushroom recipe soup mix
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. fresh bread crumbs or 2 slices bread, torn into sm. pieces
1 egg
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. ketchup
1 can tomato soup or 1 can tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except soup or sauce. In a large shallow baking pan, shape into a loaf of about 1 inch height. Bake 45 minutes or until done, do not overcook. During last 5 minutes cover with tomato soup or tomato sauce.
