1 1/2 sticks butter
12 tbsp. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tbsp. ice water
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash of salt

Soften butter and sugar, cream well. Add water, nuts, vanilla extract, flour, salt and sugar. Roll in fingers. Cook 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not grease cookie sheet. When done, roll in powdered sugar. Sprinkle some on top.
