PINEAPPLE STUFFING 
1/4 lb. butter, soft
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
5 slices white bread, cubed

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat butter, eggs, sugar in large bowl. Add pineapple and bread. Stir. Put in large 2 quart casserole. Bake 45 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees until brown on top.

Good as a side dish with ham or other main dish.
