4 C boiled sweet potatoes
2 C sugar
1 stick butter or fat
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. allspice
1 C milk
1 C flour

Combine together first five ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Mix in milk and flour.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Let cool remove from pan.

Note: Recipe may be halved for a smaller pudding.
