3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix above ingredients and put into baking dish and add the following topping and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut

Mix above and sprinkle over pudding.
