SWEET POTATO PUDDING 
3 c. sliced raw sweet potatoes
1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. butter (melted)

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Blend well. Pour into buttered pan 12x9x2 inch. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 degrees F.) for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
