COCONUT DESSERT | |
60 Ritz crackers, crumbled 1 stick butter, melted 3 sm. pkgs. instant coconut cream pudding 1 1/4 c. milk 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 1 sm. can coconut Mix crumbled crackers with butter. Sprinkle in a 9 x 13 inch dish for crust. Mix pudding with milk and ice cream. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle coconut on top. Refrigerate. |
