GREEN OR RED PEPPER JELLY 
2 c. pepper
6 or 8 jalapeno peppers
3 c. white vinegar
5 lbs. sugar
1/2 c. onions
Food coloring
2 bottles Certo-Jel

Blend peppers and onion in blender. Combine all ingredients and boil slowly for 5 minutes. Add 2 bottles of Certo and let simmer for 5 minutes. Pour in hot jars and seal. Really good over meats, baked potatoes or use as a dip with cream cheese.
