TIME-TO-SPARE-RIBS 
1 lg. oven bag
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 1/2 lbs. pork spareribs

Shake flour in bag - place in 13x9x2 pan. Add barbecue sauce, onion and green pepper. Squeeze bag to blend. Cut ribs into serving size pieces - place in bag. Turn bag to coat ribs with sauce. Arrange ribs in even layer. Close with nylon tie. Make 6 - 1/2 inch slits in top. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender in 325 degree oven. 4-6 servings.
