SAW DUST SALAD 
1ST LAYER:

1 box each of lemon & orange Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 (No. 2) can of crushed pineapple (save juice)
Miniature marshmallows

Dissolve one box each of lemon and orange Jello with 1 1/2 cups hot water. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water. Drain crushed pineapple and add to Jello (save juice). Stir in enough miniature marshmallows to cover the top of mixture. Let set in refrigerator until firm.

2ND LAYER:

1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. artificial sweetener
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten until frothy

Combine sugar, artificial sweetener, flour, pineapple juice, and egg. Cook over low heat until thick. Let cool slightly and pour over first layer.

3RD LAYER:

1/2 pt. whipping cream or 1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Whip whipping cream or Dream Whip. Blend in cream cheese. Spread this over second layer.

4TH LAYER:

Top salad with finely grated Cheddar cheese. (Small package is enough.) Chill and serve as a salad or dessert.
