QUICK STUFFED MUSHROOMS | |
12 oz. fresh mushrooms 1 tbsp. chopped onion, finely 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. soft bread crumbs 1/4 c. grated Parmesan 3 tbsp. chopped walnuts 1 tbsp. A-1 sauce Clean mushrooms. Remove stems and chop. Saute onions and stems in butter. Mix onions and stems with salt, bread crumbs, cheese, walnuts and A-1 sauce. Stuff caps with mixture and place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
