STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
5 or 6 med. green peppers
1 lb. cooked hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Tomato sauce

Cut green pepper in half. Place in shallow baking dish. Make a meatloaf like dish. I half cook mine in microwave and then add to inside of each pepper half. Cover with foil. When over half done, top each with shredded cheese and cook last 5 or 10 minutes, uncovered.

I also stuff peppers with cooked Spanish rice when peppers are half done, and add shredded cheese just before done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
