FRIED GREEN TOMATOES 
1 med. green tomato (per person)
Salt and pepper
Flour
Oil

Mix flour, salt and pepper. Slice tomatoes about 1/4 inch thick and coat both sides with flour mixture. In a large skillet, heat enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Fry tomatoes until lightly browned on both sides.
