POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
2 c. (10 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped

FOR TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix ingredients (not topping). Put in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Mix topping ingredients. Spread over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
