HOT DOG RELISH 
4 c. onions
Med. head cabbage
10 green tomatoes
12 green peppers
6 red peppers
6 c. sugar
4 c. cider vinegar
2 c. water
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric

Grind onion, tomatoes and peppers together. Mix with 1/2 cup salt and let stand 1 hour or longer. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, boil and place in hot jars while mixture is still hot.
