FANCY PORK CHOPS 
5 pork chops
2 tbsp. oil
2 med. chopped onions
2 tomatoes, cut up
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. beef broth
2 c. rice
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Fry pork chops and cut in pieces. Set aside. In same grease, saute onions, green pepper and garlic. Add tomatoes, black pepper, oregano, salt and paprika. Add broth and 2 cups rice. Bring to a boil. Lower to medium heat and cook 10 minutes. Place half of the rice in an ovenproof dish. Place chops over rice and another layer of rice using all of it. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
