MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom 1 c. milk 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can Ranch style beans 1 can enchilada sauce 1 can green chili peppers 1 bag tortilla chips 1 pkg. cheddar cheese, grated Brown meat; drain. Mix all other ingredients, except cheese and chips. Add meat; pour into pan lined with 1/2 bag of tortilla chips. Cover mixture with other half of chips. Cook 25 minutes. Then cover with grated cheese and cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
