RED BEANS AND RICE | |
1 ring bologna, skinned 2 cans dark red kidney beans 1 can stewed, diced tomatoes 1 c. uncooked rice chili powder to taste dash of salt In electric skillet, combine ring bologna (chopped bite size), kidney beans (don't drain) and stewed tomatoes (don't drain). Boil rice. Add to mixture. Add chili powder; salt to taste. Simmer on low about 20 minutes. |
