NEVER FAIL TOFFEE 
Pecans or walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Cover bottom of 8 x 8 inch pan with nuts. Boil butter and sugar for 6 minutes; pour over nuts. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, cover pan until melted. Spread chocolate over, chill.
