7 LAYER DINNER 
Layer the following in a greased dish:

1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced raw potato
1 can tomatoes, 1 qt.
1 green pepper, chopped

Mix the following and form into balls:

1 lb. hamburg
3 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. chili sauce
1/2 chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Place hamburger balls on top of layered vegetables. Season each layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.

This was an old time favorite Eastern Star Pot Luck Dish.
