SPAGHETTI CABONNARA 
1/2 stick butter
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 lb. prosciutto ham (or tavern ham), diced
1/4 lb. Mozzarella, shredded
3 tbsp. Parmesan
1 lb. thin spaghetti

In saucepan melt butter with olive oil. Chop onion, saute in butter and olive oil. Add chopped ham; saute. Reduce heat. Add sour cream, blend.

At same time boil pasta according to package directions; drain. Add sauce and cheeses to pasta. Toss until well blended. Garnish with parsley.
