CHICKEN BROCCOLI CURRY 
1/2 boiled chicken breast (per person), 2 whole or 4 halves
1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed

SAUCE:

1 c. milk
2 c. broth
1/2 c. flour
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry

Mix milk, broth and flour with whisk. Cook over heat until thickened. Add 1 cup mayonnaise after sauce has cooled. Whisk so mayonnaise will melt. Add lemon juice and curry and whisk so it is blended.

Take chicken breasts and place in baking pan. Add broccoli spears around chicken. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour.
