LOW CAL SALAD 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. hot water
1 sm. pkg. sugar-free lime Jello
1 (9 oz.) container whipped topping
8 oz. low calorie, sm. curd, cottage cheese

Mix hot water and Jello. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Stir in undrained pineapple. Cool until thickened. Then fold in whipped topping and cottage cheese. Chill thoroughly and serve.
