1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
Food coloring

Combine dry ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan. Combine water, oil, and food coloring; add to dry ingredients. Mix together. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until ball forms. Knead. Store in plastic bag or container.
