2 c. sour milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Beat all ingredients together until well mixed. Makes about 16 pancakes.
