CHERRY PECAN CHEESECAKE 
2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter

Mix together and pat on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan or use a springform pan.

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Mix softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar. Mix. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-23 minutes. Remove from oven. Turn oven to 500 degrees.

1 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and spread over cheesecake. Return to oven for 5-8 minutes. Cool and top with 1 can cherry pie filling. Let set at least 8 hours before serving.
