FINGER JELLO 
2 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
6 oz. pkg. Jello
2 1/2 c. water

Stir unflavored gelatin into 1 cup water; set aside. Place 1 cup water in a 4 cup microwave safe container. Heat water in microwave to a rapid boil. Stir in the package of Jello. Return to microwave and bring to boil. Stir in softened gelatin mixture and 1/2 cup water. Grease a 13 x 9 pan. Pour in gelatin mixture. Place in refrigerator until set. Use cookie cutter to cut out finger Jello shapes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
