3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
16 marshmallows, cut in half
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine evaporated milk, butter, sugar and marshmallows. Microwave 3-4 minutes on HIGH, or until marshmallows puff and mixture begins to boil. Stir. Microwave 3-4 minutes on LOW until mixture boils and sugar dissolves completely. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla; beat until smooth. Spread in buttered 8x8-inch baking dish. Cool. Cut into 1-inch squares.
