2 cooking apples, sliced
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained
1/4 c. butter
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Toss apples and nuts with brown sugar and cinnamon. Alternate layers of apples and sweet potatoes in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot with butter, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows over sweet potatoes and apples. Broil until lightly browned. Serves 6 to 8.
