KIWI PUNCH 
1 (12 oz.) can pina colada mix
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 banana, sliced
Vanilla ice cream
2 (12 oz.) cans chilled ginger ale

In a blender or food processor, combine pina colada mix, kiwi fruit and banana. Blend until smooth, 1-2 minutes. Freeze mixture for 1 hour.

Into each of 8 (6 oz.) glasses, pour about 1/4 cup of kiwi mix. Top each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Add chilled ginger ale to each glass until full. Serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
