TURKEY GIBLET GRAVY 
Boil turkey giblets and turkey liver in salt water for 5 minutes and drain. Cut up giblets and liver into small pieces. Brown flour, giblets and liver in Crisco (lard) in frying pan. Add onions and saute. Add some cold water to make gravy. Salt and pepper to taste. Add some turkey drippings from your holiday turkey to gravy. Simmer until thickened.
