GYPSY CARROTS 
1 lb. carrots
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Scrub the carrots; cut in 1/4-inch slices on an angle. Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion, carrots and salt. Cover with tight fitting lid. Shake the skillet occasionally and cook for 10 minutes. Add catsup and chili powder. Cook until carrots are tender. When camping or barbecuing, ingredients can be divided into 4 foil packets and grilled over fire about 25 minutes.
