CORN SOUFFLE | |
1 can creamed corn 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 2 eggs, well beaten 1 stick melted butter 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 sm. box Jiffy corn bread mix 1 c. Cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour into lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 10-15 minutes. |
