CREAM OF VEGETABLE SOUP 
5 potatoes
2 turnips
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 onion
3/4 cube butter
Salt and pepper
6 c. water
1 pkg. frozen spinach

Simmer everything except spinach for 40 minutes, then add frozen spinach and simmer for several minutes until spinach is thawed; cool. Blend in blender or food processor. Reheat and serve.
