STUFFED DATE DROPS 
12 pecans
24 pitted dates
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. shortening
1 egg yolk
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. brown sugar

Stuff dates with pecans. In small bowl combine flour, soda and powder. In mixer bowl beat brown sugar and shortening. Add egg yolk and beat on medium. Add flour and sour cream alternately on low.
