OVERNIGHT EGGS 
16 slices bread (Italian, heavy texture)
Sliced ham or chipped dry beef
Sliced cheese, Swiss
8 eggs
3 c. milk
Mustard, spicy
2 c. crushed corn flakes or chips

Spread 8 slices of bread with butter. Place buttered sides down in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer cheese and ham. Put remaining 8 slices of bread over the cheese and ham. Spread mustard over bread. Beat eggs in milk; pour over bread. Let set overnight. Sprinkle chips or corn flakes over top when ready to bake. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
