CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
5 c. flour (all-purpose)
2 tsp. baking soda
Salt
2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 tsp. vanilla extract (pure)
4 jumbo sized eggs
2 c. Nestle chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cream Crisco, sugar and vanilla until smooth (cream by hand). Add eggs and cream until blended. Gradually add flour and baking soda. Stir in chips.

Make dough into size of a large walnut and flatten slightly on cookie sheet. Bake for 9-10 minutes.

If a smaller batch of cookies is needed, bake only what is needed and freeze the rest of dough.
