BROCCOLI & CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pk. frozen broccoli
1-1/2 c. chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Broccoli in bottom of dish. Put chicken over broccoli. Combine all other things. Put over chicken. Cook 1 hour at 325 degrees.

I learned this recipe with a biscuit topping. A small can of biscuits, all cut in half are dredged or coated with sour cream, then sprinkled with celery salt (I prefer ground celery seed and a tiny bit of salt). The biscuits are arranged around the edges of the dish, and cook up to be dumpling-like (unless you use the kind that makes layers)
