FRESH VEGETABLE AND MACARONI
TOSS
 
3 c. rinsed, drained, cooked elbow macaroni
1 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. sliced green onions
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. sliced radishes
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. sugar

Cool macaroni. Combine with celery, radishes, green onion and parsley in medium bowl. Mix together vinegar, mustard, horseradish, sugar and salt. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Continue stirring until mixture is thick and smooth. Blend in mayonnaise. Pour dressing over macaroni and toss lightly to combine. Chill before serving.
