STUFFED PEPPERS WITH MACARONI
(EA)
 
5 green peppers
1 c. cooked macaroni
1 tbsp. catsup
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. cooked tomatoes
1 c. Ritz or Crax crackers, crushed

Remove tops and seeds from peppers. Boil 5 minutes in salted water and drain. Fill with the above ingredients, mixed together. Stand in baking dish, top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees about 30-40 minutes.
