SWEET AND SOUR SAUSAGES 
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut thin
2 med. green bell peppers, cut bite sized
3/4 c. catsup
1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
4 tsp. lemon juice

Place sausage slices and bell pepper in large microwave-safe mixing bowl. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring once or twice. Drain off excess fat. Mix cherries with catsup and lemon juice. Then combine all ingredients with sausage. Re-cover and microwave 5 minutes on high until heated throughout, stirring gently once or twice. Serve in chafing dish with toothpicks. Very pretty for holidays!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
