CRUSTLESS CHEESECAKE 
2 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

3/4 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
7 tbsp. sugar

Mix together thoroughly.

Cream softened cream cheese, add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each. Add vanilla and sugar, beat well. Pour into 10 1/2 pie dish (greased with butter). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and let cook for 15 minutes. Pour topping over cake and bake for another 5 minutes. Chill.

TOPPING:

3/4 pt. sour cream
7 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well.
