RHUBARB PUDDING 
3 c. cut rhubarb
1 1/2 tsp. tapioca
2/3 c. sugar

Mix and put in 1 quart casserole.

Beat 1 egg.

Add: 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 3 tbsp. orange juice

Pour over above mixture. Bake 375, 40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream. Serves 6.
