RHUBARB PUDDING CAKE 
4 c. cut-up rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 box dry Jiffy mix, white or yellow
1 (3 oz.) Jello (any flavor; strawberry is very good)
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter

Use 9x13x2 inch pan. Do not mix, but layer the first 5 ingredients. Put cut up butter over the top. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. If desired, serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
