TABOULI 
1 1/2 c. tabuli wheat
1 lg. bunch parsley
1 cucumber (med. slender and green)
1 bell pepper, medium
1 bunch green onions
2 to 3 tomatoes
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt

Rinse wheat several times and drain water off. Let oil and lemon juice and salt soak in tabuli. Chop other ingredients and sit. Serves 6 to 8.
