GRANOLA WITH APPLES & CINNAMON 
4 c. oatmeal
14 oz. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. dried apples

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Put in pans in thin layers and toast until crisp and brown in oven at 350 degrees. Apples may be omitted if not wanted.
