SUPER CHEESE GRITS 
6 c. water
2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. grits
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 lb. Velveeta or 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook grits in water and salt. Mix in other ingredients. Place in casserole (13 x 9 inch) or 2 small dishes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Can be made several days ahead. Freezes well.
