CREME DE MENTHE BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract

FROSTING:

2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 tsp. creme de menthe

GLAZE:

6 oz. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Brownies: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugar, butter and eggs until light. Add flour and salt, mixing by hand. Stir in syrup, vanilla; blend until smooth. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes. Cool.

Frosting: Mix sugar, butter and creme de menthe with electric mixer. Frost cooled brownies.

Glaze: Melt chocolate chips and butter in top of double boiler. Pour over brownies (will be runny). Refrigerate.
