SAUSAGE SQUARES 
2 lb. sausage
1 small loaf pumpernickel bread
1 large onion, chopped
2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped (seeds ok)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
red pepper
black pepper

Cook sausage and drain off ALL grease. Combine with rest of ingredients (except bread). Place over heat to melt cheese. Place bread slices in casserole dish. Spoon mixture on top.

Bake at 350°F to 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
